Bob has been a Career Consultant and performance management trainer for over 30 years. His practice has included a broad array of career management services, team building, operational planning, and corporate recruiting, as well. He has garnered a solid reputation for one-on-one coaching, effective group facilitation and consultation at all levels, especially top tiered executives. Bob believes technology to be an added resource in his career transition and recruitment services. Bob has done extensive development work with HPi/OI Global Partner clients on LinkedIn strategies and electronic branding. Bob earned a BS in International Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and focused on Electrical Engineering while attending the US Naval Academy. Bob has post-graduate studies in Organizational Behavior and Design, as well. A life-time learner and promoter of our Profession, he was on the Founding Council of what is now the Association of Career Professionals- International (ACPI) and a key contributor to its Professional Development Committee that spawned the Institute of Career Certification-International (ICCI), the only independent and international certifying body for the career-oriented professions. He became a Career Management Fellow (CMF) of the ICCI in 1994.
