Nancy is an accomplished Career Development Professional with both management and consulting experience in the career management field. Her diverse experience includes facilitating group career transition workshops, as well as, individual consulting and coaching in career management and job search strategies. In addition, she has managed and staffed on-site Career Transition Centers. Nancy has also facilitated newly formed work teams in several organizations providing information on team leadership, structure and problems. In addition, Nancy developed and taught communication and management classes for Waubonsee Community College. Nancy’s background includes 15 years with Allstate Insurance in a variety of positions that encompassed managerial, training and consulting responsibilities. Nancy is a graduate of Aurora University where she earned her B.A. degree in Business Administration.
